First, check if your version “BP Profile Search” and “Youzer” plugins are up to date.
There have been a few updates lately and it could be the cause!Also check if your BPS form is set up to send “GET” (not POST) requests in the BP Profile Search settings.
If the problem persists, I suggest you to contact directly the plugin author via their support :
