I can’t change the browser tab information. If I change something from the site identity, it’s not changing on the browser tab. It’s making change in Site Logo. Take a look at the image.

Once you have updated your identity information, I suggest you publish these changes and refresh your page.
However, you may not see the changes because your browser’s cache shows you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). You will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you:
