    I can’t complete creating group as admin and the link to create group as user is not working only error page
    Pls I need help with this

    Can you confirm me bbPress is installed and activated, please? if yes, it’s best if we take a quick look at this.

    Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    Thank you for granting us access to your WP Admin. We successfully logged in.

    It seems the url for creating group was not the right one. I have been in Dashboard > Groups > Create new group. Then, I copied the url of the page and change the url of the “Create group” item in Primary menu, as well as in the Logged in menu. Now, all is working fine. 🙂

    I’m afraid I don’t understand your second issue. Could you provide us with screenshots of your website please? Please don’t hesitate to comment or highlight your screenshots to help us better understand your issue.

    Creating the group is still same thing
    Maybe you should try and create group to understand what the issue is and fix it
    U can create any group of ur choice

    Thank you Sidman for your feedback, I understand your issue. I investigated, but I couldn’t find from where this issue is coming from. I activated a Standard WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Three) and deactivated all plugins but bbPress and BuddyPress. However this issue still occurs. For this reason, I don’t think this issue is related to a plugin or a theme, but might be related to the server.

    To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    
    // Disable display of errors and warnings 
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    No problem! You have to access to your ftp. Then, open the wp-config.php file and copy-paste the snippet I send you, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’.

    We tried severals things, but nothing related to this issue is recorded in the logs. It is very likely to be caused by a server misconfiguration. Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme.

    To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from your server hosting support because we believe that they’ll be better informed and more suited to help you.

    Indeed Sidman. We are theme authors, not host provider. We did all we could and more, but it seems this issue cannot be solved from our side. We think this issue is related to your server. For this reason, I suggest you to ask for more help from your server hosting support.

    Feel free to mention that there are no errors in the logs related to the issue you are experiencing, and that neither the theme nor the third-party plugins seem to be related, as this problem occurs even with a standard WordPress theme and only the buddyPress and bbPress plugins enabled. 🤔

    Don’t hesitate to install the theme on a fresh WordPress installation on another server, I’m sure all will work fine.

    As I told you, don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it might help other users facing this, and we’re quite curious to know what was exactly the issue.
