However, it is very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if so many questions are asked in the same topic.

It seems very strange. Can you tell us if you’re facing this issue when clicking on “Get Support” button on navigation, please?
Concerning the fact that you can’t reply to some topic, note that when an issue is solved, we close this topic. Is it possible you wanted to reply to a closed topic?
