Hello,
I messed up with installing the theme (I guess I should added the Grimlock Dark plugin before importing the theme).
Now I need the settings that I need to enter so I can fix it.
I cannot restore or start from the beginning.
It’s on localhost, I can give access only with AnyDesk.

Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! :)!
If you’re convinced that something went wrong during the import, we really suggest you to reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard. This plugin will erase all content and style imported.
Then, you can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.
Note that Grimlock Dark Mode plugin should be imported and installed before the content import step, thanks to the Theme setup. Did you choose a demo with a dark switch ? All demos don’t have this feature. It can be manually added, but if you want to make it work out of the box, you need to select the right demo.
In case the theme setup can’t import the plugin for an external reason, you can download it manually here.

Hello, my other account got locked.
Anyways, a reset is not a decision. A lot of custom settings and work has already been done…
Please, assist me on this.I managed to fix two major issues I had with Homepage and News section.
But I have those issues.
1. Dark mode button is not working, need the right settings to enter in the theme customization menu.
2. Groups page looks different than the one in the demo. (added attachment)
3. Social wall looks different than the one in the demo. (added attachment)
4. Some issues with the font on some places (also added attachments)

Found some more issues on Members page and Search members page. Attaching screenshot.
I am simultaneously testing on a fresh server and each import it’s like that.Really hoping to assist me here without loosing any data on the website, I am sure we could do it!

Thanks for your feedback.
- Dark mode button is not working : It is working, but no changes are made because you have to set the colors in Customize > Dark Mode.
- Groups page looks different : Can you confirm me this pages is well set in BuddyPress settings ? Did you create groups for testing ?
- Social wall looks different : Same as above, is the page well selected in BuddyPress settings ?
- Fonts issues : Can you please take a look at the following topic ?

Could you give me access to a working Cera Dark Demo admin panel so I can copy the settings?
There I will find the proper settings for Customize > Dark Mode and the difference in Groups and Social Page.I think for the pages, the shortcut codes for the widgets were not imported.
Also, Search members page is fixed. Will post all solutions when we are closing this thread.
UPDATE: Fonts issues are fixed now.
Still ongoing issues:
1. Dark mode button is working but missing proper settings in Customize > Dark Mode.
2. Groups page looks different than the one in the demo.
3. Social wall looks different than the one in the demo.
4. Members page different than the one in the demo.
5. Struggling to find how can I change Feature menu color of the bubble. (attaching image from your site and mine where only last bubble is green on my site)
UPDATE 2 : Feature menu colors is no longer an issue.

Gla to read you’ve been able to solve most of your issues! 🙂
Concerning the last remaining issue : You can download the customizer settings from your envato account, in the zip that contains all. However, if you import that file using the customizer import plugin as explained in the following article, you will erase all cutomization you made in the customizer.
The best advice I can give you is to replace all light colors by a dark colors, and all dark colors by light colors. Here are the main colors used :
Black : #25303b
Dark color 1 : #202c36
Dark color 2 : #2f3d4b
Dark color 3 : #2b3844
Grey : #48465b
Primary color : #4e64dd
Secondary color : #d8e1f3
Titles : #8a9198
Select color : rgba(36, 92, 197, 0.18)Hope this willm help you.

Which .dat file I have to import? Currently I am trying with the one from demos\intranet-dark\customizer.dat

Or to find a way just to import those settings.I can give you any remote tool (Anydesk, Teamviewer) if you are able to assist.

I’m afraid we don’t have a working demo. Could we take a quick look at this?
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

I’m afraid this won’t work.
In case you can use a pipette to got a color with a software like Sketch or Figma, here are the screen capture of the settings in Customize > Dark Mode.
Hope this will help you, because I don’t know what to do next. 🤔

So, if I am with imported dark theme, should I change any other colors or only this in Customize – Dark Mode?
Because now the website is already in dark mode.
In your customizer > Dark mode : Are the settings already completed ? Because the demo should be light by default, and the dark mode settings should be located in Customize > Dark Mode.
When you go to Customize > Appearance > Global, what is the background color set ?

Okay, I made all the settings that you gave me. Still Dark mode button does nothing.
Probably because my default settings are set up to be as dark mode?

I managed to fix the darkmode issues during the weekend 🙂
DId two new websites, one light, second dark mode and copied all the setting from there.Still got some issues, but will updated you tomorrow.
