Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I took a look at your website, but all seems correctly set.
My best guess is that your issue might probably be caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet. 🤔
First of all, I suggest you to make a backup of your website in case something went wrong during the investigation. Then, could you please deactivate Cera and all Grimlock plugins? I suggest you to activate temporarily another theme like twenty twenty to check if this issue still appears. This operation will help us determine if this issue is caused from our theme, one of our plugins or something else.
As soon as the steps have been followed, don’t hesitate to come back to me.

I investigated on your staging server and I found two issues:
- Certificate number is not showing: You’re right, it seems this issue is coming from LearnDash. I Suggest you to report this to LearnDash authors. Don’t hesitate to keep us updated of the situation.
- Certificate icon is not displayed in “My courses”: It seems this issue is related to our theme. We’ll investigate further to find out how we can fix this and be back to you as soon as possible.
I hope LearnDash team will be able to find out from where exactly the first issue is coming. Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. I have news concerning the certificate icons not displaying.
After further investigation, it seems this issue is related with LearnDash (sfwd-lms). For this reason, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.

In fact, our plugin only styles the information that is already on this page. As you told us, the icon is absent from the html code of the page. However, our theme and plugins try to style the icon. That’s why you can see some CSS from our plugin when you’re inspecting the page.
When you change the theme, you can see that the icon is also missing from the HTML code.
To conclude, our plugin doesn’t add content, it only style the content that is already on the page.
I hope this helps you to understand how our plugin works.
