Hi, how can I change the order of the groups (in the dashboard, in the group view,…)?

Unfortunately, this feature is not included in BuddyPress. It will either require custom coding or an extra plugin to meet your requirement.
If you wish to have more options to better control the groups from your BuddyPress website, please give a look to this plugin:
