I noticed that the most important information of a member account “Member ID” is revealed in the url of the member profile (see image) I would like to know if there is a possibility of generating a code with several digits and letter to replace the member ID in the URLs.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. We think that this feature requires custom development work.
