    Hello, I come back to you, because I want to change the URL link of the button, how to do, in the widget in the menu it is not possible? thank you

    Hello Silver,

    Can you please be more specific? Why would you change this url?

    Note that by default, this is the buddyPress login and register page. However, you can set another page in Dashboard > Settings > BuddyPress > Pages.

    Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
    You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    We investigated and it seems WooCommerce is not set correctly. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the register page is selected in the advanced settings of WooCommerce and shouldn’t be. I suggest you to check your WooCommerce settings and see if this issue is solved.

    Please note that this issue is related with the customization of a third party plugin, not with the use of your theme. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.

    Hi Silver,

    As you can see in the screenshot, it seems you have set the Webshop page as your Payment page as well. Can you please set the right payment page and tell me if this issue is solved?

    Please note that your questions aren’t about the theme. Indeed, this issue is related with the customization of a third party plugin. It seems WooCommerce and BuddyPress have been misconfigured.

    Hi Silver,

    We are sorry to read that you are experiencing some issues in finalizing your website.

    If you’re convinced that something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future. In this case, we really suggest you to reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard. Please be aware that by resetting your website, you will lose any changes you’ve made.

    You can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you. However, note that these WooCommerce misconfigurations seem to have been done manually.

    Unfortunately, the customization work is a service that we do not provide.We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.

    If you want to go further with the customization of your website, we advise that you hire a freelancer to do it for you.

    If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.
