Hi
So I like the beginning video in the background theme a lot and would like to use it when I go live with the website. But at the end of the video there are templates displayed for buying the Gwangi theme. This makes it unusable on a dating site. Is there any way I can cut this part off? Or do you have a video available without the templates? Where can I change the video in the theme? Thx!

My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
First of all, could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

Well I have updated everything, also WordPress itself. Gonna have to wait and see if it works.
But can you tell me how the video works. Where can I find it and adjust it? Could I add my own image or my own video to it?

You can change the video easily by changing the url. Please go to Customize and click on the blue pen related with the hero. Then, go to Style to replace the url. Please find the attached screenshot.

Be aware that I heard from our team this morning about this. It seems that they cannot reproduce this issue as it seems to appear completely randomly. They need to do more testing to find out where this issue is coming from.
Please note that the Waiting for Themosaurus tag is only for topics related to an issue that needs to be resolved on our end. At this point, we don’t know (yet) where this problem comes from.

What also would fix the issue is that the video would have an infinite loop. It seems to stop at some point.

Unfortunately, we can’t find from where this issue might coming from. I’m afraid we were not able to reproduce this. We investigated and try many things, but this issue appears completely randomly.
Please note that there is an option to display the video in loop. Please find the attached screenshot. Can you confirm me this issue still appears when this option is selected?
