    Hi Kyle,

    Thank you for granting us access to your wp-admin!

    For a reason we don’t understand, the slug /groups redirect to the most recent post. I tried several things in order to solve this, but with no solution. However, I found a workaround: I created a new page with /all-groups as slug, and it seems all is working fine. Can you please check from your side?

    To edit the title, please go to your page and edit the All groups page.

    OMG, please restore the following pages that you removed:
    Home page,
    About Us,
    Discover
    Contact Us

    I don’t understand why did you delete them? We invested money and days to build those pages, all the content are gone. You make me want to cry. I am just so confused why you did deleted them.
    I only requested two things:
    1. Provide me instruction on how to reword the text in the Group/Community Banner.
    2. Remove a Sidebar Widget that appeared on the Home page.

    So how does deleting those pages and footer menu relate to my 2 request above?
    Just so you know all the images one those pages where are copy righted images we bought $100. Do you think we bought the images, create the page content, just to be deleted? You hurt me badly.
    I understand you want to help and I appreciate that, but I don’t understand why you would delete pages.
    To make matter worst, the deleted pages are emptied from the Trash, so how do you expect me to recover them? Did you back up website?

    Please restore the website.

    Kyle, I must express my confusion as my intention was solely to delete and recreate the group page. I ensured that no other pages were affected during this process. However, I understand that issues have arisen, and for that, I sincerely apologize.

    To resolve the URL issue with the group page, I took the following steps:
    – Regenerated permalinks
    – Utilized WP Sweep for database optimization
    – Implemented Rewrite rules for correct URL structuring
    – Executed functions within Tools > BuddyPress to reset BuddyPress permalinks and recount groups
    – Cleared the Litespeed cache

    It is perplexing that these actions, which typically do not impact pages or media, could have led to the deletion of content. After consulting with my colleague, we are both at a loss as these steps do not involve the removal of pages or images.

    Interestingly, the pages marked as drafts remained untouched, which adds to the confusion. This outcome is certainly unexpected and does not align with the procedures I followed.

    I would like to clarify that our protocol does not include performing backups; this responsibility falls to the client.

    Once again, I extend my deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that if these issues stemmed from my actions, it was entirely unintentional. I am committed to understanding what transpired and ensuring it does not recur.
