Hi there!
The city filter in the home filter is not working. It´s showing that there are not any results and using the city filter in the search directory works. Could you help me to fix this?

Thank you for your question.
First, please make sure that your test users have the correct values filled in. If these are not showing on your member directory, the values might be simply have been left empty.
However, if this does not resolve the issue, your next step will be re-save your homepage and directory search forms.
We use BP Profile Search (https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-search/) to showcase the profile search feature on our demos.
You can edit the homepage search form by visiting “Users > Profile Search” in your dashboard, where you will find every existing profile search forms.
Just edit your forms and click “Save” without changing anything. It should solve your issue.To learn more about BP Profile Search forms, please read also the following posts:

I was checking it and it´s weird bc it´s working everything in the mobile version, but not in the laptop version. Basically, it is not working in the laptop version and it´s not showing the search results, but it´s working on the mobile version and it´s showing the search results. Also this happend to me with the others two new filters that I added too.

Hi John,
The homepage search is now working fine and yielding results for users only living in Boston. Maybe this has been resolved when you removed the multiple profile search forms shown on the same Directory page. Or it is a caching issue?
Could you confirm that you’re still facing this searching issue please?

it´s bc the search mode is setting like “contains” and need to be “is”.
