I would like to translate these two circled sentences in the screenshot below. I went to the rtmedia plugin .pot file but couldn’t find the string. Everything is translated elsewhere in this file.

My best guess is that your issue might probably be caused by a missing update. On our demo, all is working fine. Please find the attached screenshot.
Can you please make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date? Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. Indeed, it’s the last version. Could you confirm me rt Media plugin and Grimlock for BuddyPress are up to date? These two plugins should already be translated automatically. However, could you try to translate them to make it works?
Can you confirm me there is no translation update to make in Dashboard > Updates?

Could you please deactivate temporarily Grimlock for BuddyPress? Is this issue still occurs after deactivating this plugin? In that case, our best guess is that this issue is related to WPML and rtMedia. I don’t think it’s a compatibility issue because all works fine on our side. But at this point, there is nothing we could do to find out what exactly is causing this issue. To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from the plugin authors and post your request on their support forums as they might have a solution we don’t know of: rtmedia.io/support.
