Up0I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased the Cera theme for our community website and have been generally pleased with its performance and features. However, I’ve encountered an issue related to compatibility with the AWP Classifieds plugin, which I would like to integrate into our site to enable a local classifieds system.

Problem Description:
Upon installing the AWP Classifieds plugin, everything seems functional until I navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize. At this point, a Server Error 500 occurs. I host the website on my own VPS, so I have access to logs for further diagnosis if needed.Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
I suspected this issue might be due to a conflict with another plugin. To isolate the problem, I deactivated the Cera theme and switched to the default Twenty-Twenty Three theme.
After switching themes, the Server Error 500 no longer appears when I try to access the Customize menu, leading me to suspect that the issue lies in the compatibility between the Cera theme and the AWP Classifieds plugin.
As you are more familiar with the inner workings of your theme, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this compatibility issue. You can easily download the AWP Classifieds plugin for testing purposes. Your expertise would save considerable time compared to me combing through lines of code to identify the issue.Additional Information:
WordPress version in use: 6.3
I have also reached out to the developers of the AWP Classifieds plugin, but since the issue doesn’t appear with the default WordPress theme, it may not be a problem on their end.Your prompt attention and assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated, as I’d prefer not to seek out alternative plugins if possible.

It would be indeed very nice to make this plugin compatible to allow users to create listings. Can you please send us the logs in a private reply to this topic?

I think it was a memory limit on the server I had it set to 128M and ended up trying another classified plugin before adjusting the memory limit WPAdvert https://wpadverts.com/ which I think will do the job, after I installed the Knowledge base plugin you recommended I noticed the 500 error again, I took the server to 256M and the error went away, I decided to leave it at 512M since I have plenty on my VPS. That said I have not tested the original classifieds plugin I was working with, though I still think it has some strong features out of the box.
