Hi guys. I am having some serious issues setting up the Contact Form 7 plugin to work properly with your theme. I followed the instructions as prescribed in the online tutorial but still ended up getting errors. Perhaps you guys can assist me and point out what I am doing wrong. Here’s the issue. Whenever a user sends a message via the Contact form on my website (http://loveconnection.com.ng/contact-us/), the email arrives at the designated inbox, but the problem is that the sender’s name, email, and message does not show, instead what it shows is the original setup code, as captured in the attached image, and as follows:
From: [your-name] <[your-email]> Subject: [your-subject] Message Body: [your-message] -- This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Love Connection Nigeria (http://loveconnection.com.ng)
That is the message I receive in my inbox. What could be the reason for this?
Also, there’s an error that refuses to go away during the Contact Form 7 setup. I have attached a screenshot of it along with the message. I have searched all over the internet for a possible solution to removing this error but to no avail. You guys are my last option. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi @kobolafem,
Did you change the form control names? For instance, renaming “your-name” into “name”?
Thank you.

No I didn’t. Everything in that particular tab and the fields therein are in their default state.

We’re sorry for your inconvenience.
This issue might have been caused by the import. Could try to replace the existing email value by the Contact Form 7 suggested values please? You can see these values displayed in bold in your screenshot. For instance, replacing [your-name] by [form-control-name], as suggested by the plugin.
This might be solve it.
