Hello! We bought your CERA template for organizing an intranet community. Everything was normal and started to work. However, in the process, constant problems are identified. The most common error is caused A critical error has occurred on the site. After that, WordPress debugging is suggested … In addition to what was in the set of plugins and CEO plugin, Yoast CEO did not install anything else.
Further, after installing the Elementor and trying to open the editor, an error 500 is issued. I tried to solve this according to the instructions on the Elementor website, but nothing came of it.
A big request, please tell me – how can I solve all these problems, how to make the site stable (so that errors do not appear) and how to edit pages with the Elementor. As I understand it, it is supported by your theme without any problems.

Hi @jmen,
Thank you for reaching out ! 🙂
We’re very sorry for your trouble. If that is still possible with you and if you’re not to far ahead with building your website, we really suggest to use the setup wizard to install the theme all over again, as it will programmatically do extra steps for you to start fresh. If something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.
You can easily reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.
Regards,
