Hello,
When creating a topic or replying to a topic using HTML codes and mistyping a code and submitting the new Topic or reply, it breaks the styling of the forum. For example, I made a new topic, I typed:
Here's the healing guide for <a href="https://www.xxxxx.com/guides/swtor-7-0-bodyguard-mercenary-pve-healing-guide/" style="color:#00FF2A;>7.0 Bodyguard Mercenary</a>!
As you can see, I forgot the end-quote (“) after #00FF2A;, which caused the styling issue after I submitted the topic in screenshot .sf1.jpg that I attached to this message. The screenshot .sf2.jpg is where I fixed the topic message and the styling of the forum became correct.
Can this be replicated on your end? If it can’t, it must be a 3rd-party plugin that is causing the issue on my end.

Hi Allongar,
Thank you for reaching out to us. However, I don’t think we will be very helpful.
I understand your concern, but this issue is kinda “normal”. This is the complexity of html. If a tag is not closed properly, it creates a cascade of issue and it is sometimes very complicated to find out where it comes from.
To our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to secure the use of html in a reply on the forum. However, I suggest you to reach out bbPress forum. They might have a solution we don’t know of. If there is a way to secure this, I really think bbPress authors will have the answer: bbpress.org/forums.
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you’ll make a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
