    Hello,

I am using the wax theme and I am unable to configure the events page as in the demo. The event directory name does, but that of an individual event is not formatted.

I would like it to appear like this: https://konectiva360.com/event/the-company-it-is-necessary-to-know-it-2020-06-16/

I am using the Cera theme, I have the PRO version of Elementor and Event Calendar.

    Thank you

    Hi @k360,

First, please make sure that you have Grimlock for The Events Calendar activated. It will improve the compatibility between TEC, Grimlock and Cera.

The Events Calendar 5.0+ came with a lot of new features and a brand new (optional) design that is not compatible at all with our themes (yet).
The plugin authors made a huge redesign of all their templates and a massive refactoring of their code base, which will certainly take all theme authors a long time to integrate it into every products.

In the meantime, we simply advise you not to activate this option by unchecking the “Use updated calendar designs” box in the plugin settings (Events Settings > display tabs).

It should momentarily solve your issue. The support for those templates is currently under development. Keeping your theme up-to-date will eventually solve this issue.

Finally, we recently release a new version of your theme. Updating your theme, Grimlock plugins and all the other recommended plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.

If you have correctly updated the theme and Grimlock, the problem should now be fixed. You might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you:
