All you have to do is edit the page.
After that you can modify the page title and the featured image field.Let me know if you need further explanation!

I have another inconvenience related to this topic and it is that in some pages it does not give me the option to place a featured image. Sometimes it does not give the option in the worpress editor but with the Elementor one it does. What can this problem be due to?
