Hello, its been very difficult for me to customize my dashboard, no builder to customize, please could you advice how to go about that.

By default, the dashboard is made with Widgets.
If you want to edit it with Elementor, please note that we created an article about it in our documentation:
You have to follow the steps mentioned in this article to be able tu use Elementor builder. Please find the attached screenshots.
