Hi. I have already looked through your article https://codex.buddypress.org/emails/.
I went through the options to customize the emails through the backend, but the options are extremely limited. For example, I’d like to be able to put a logo or banner in the header. I’d like to be able to change the font and add more options where the “Unsubscribe” text is. Etc. How can I do this? I don’t know anything about editing code.

Note that these emails are managed by BuddyPress plugin, not our theme. The article you’re refferring to is the right one, but it was wrote by BuddyPress team, not us. As this question is related with BuddyPress custom development, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
