Up0I have installed and activated Grimlock Dark Mode plugin
But the dark/light switch doesn’t work

Please note that if you installed Dark Mode plugin after the theme setup, the dark mode settings are not set. So, you need to customize your dark mode manually by going to Customize > Dark Mode.

It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Hi Luu,
The dark mode button is correctly functioning, but it seems you add it after the demo import so the settings are not set.
I try to import them, but it seems it messes with your actual style. So, you have to set the settings manually. Could you please restore the backup? Once it is done, I will log in and set the right settings manually for you. 🙂

Thank you, but it seems I have no access to install the theme.
To have the Dark mode feature you need to:
- Install the last version of the theme
- Run the theme setup and make sure to select the Cera Intranet Dark Demo
- Run the next steps by installing the selected plugins and importing the content.
