Hello, good day, I got your stego restaurant theme last week from themeforest with user name aceteddy1998
I installed the theme but was unable to import the demo content, once the set up wizard starts, I get stuck at the demo content import screen, it’s start loading till 5% then gets stuck and restarts again at 1%, it keeps doing this over and over again.
I got in touch with my hosting provider (dreamhost) and we were on it for over 5 hours, they increased my php settings to the max, and even turned off their firewalls for my site, but all to no avail
At the end they concluded that the theme files maybe be corrupted.
My suggestion is that since the issue is not from my end, it would be best you send me the updated version of theme or better still login into my website and check things out yourself, but rest assured it’s not server configuration issues
Please I need this issue sorted out before Friday, my client has been on my neck as the site was supposed be delivered today, please it’s really urgent

Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.4 or greater for PHP. Can you please confirm to us that your PHP version at least set to 7.4?
Can you please tell us which demo would you like to import? Please note that the actual version of Stego is 1.0.4. Can you make sure that the theme and all the recommended plugins are up to date? You could consider to delete the theme from you website and download it again from your envato account to make sure that nothing went wrong during its downloading.

Yes, am currently using PHP 7.4 and I also have the latest theme version, which is v 1.04.
I have also downloaded the theme from themeforest over and over again, but still yet no changeI can verify that I have done all the necessary PHP configuration, wp reset, and several others but still the same thing.
I would really prefer if you can login to my website and try your own twerks

It seems I can’t access to the WP-admin, I’m facing an Internal Server Error (500).
However, thanks to the code snippet that you’ve recently added to your
wp-config.php
file by following the steps in the article I send you, we should be able to read the error.Could you share the content of your
debug.log
file with us please? You can post the content of this file as plain text in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.After having reviewed your next reply, we’ll be able to tell you if the issue is caused by our product, a third party plugin or any type misconfiguration on your server.
If we’re not able to help, we’ll recommend you to transfer the error logs to the plugin author or to your server hosting support.
