Hi @dorianrevest83,
Thank you for purchasing our theme and reaching back to us! ?
Could you make sure that your permalinks are properly set? It seems that something is wrong with either the way your URLs are constructed or the place where you put your files on your server as your site is displaying the 404 error from your webserver, not from our theme. (Please see attached.)
This can sometimes happen when htaccess or subdomains are not properly set or when files are misplaced.
Best regards,

I contacted my host and they have no problem on their side. Can you see if the theme is correctly installed if I give you access? thank you

Hi @dorianrevest83,
Yes, we could do this but first, could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Your issue might also be caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos. You could also consider deactivating any activated caching system as well before investigating any further.
Finally, if the issue still persists, please activate a default WP theme (i.e. Twenty Seventeen) and then try to open the pages ending redirecting to 404 error pages.
If the issue persists, this will confirm that the problem is related with your server or htaccess configuration.
Thank you for keeping us informed.
