HI! I love your theme but sorry to say I have already tried a minimum of 20/30 times to import dating demo but it’s not working. I have already followed your all instruction but the same problem. I have been waiting for 2h but it’s still the same 15% to 17%. And also I didn’t find any error message.
Looking for help.

Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.2 for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.

Bro I have already following your instruction but it’s not working. other demo imported fine but dating isn’t. I have already hired WordPress dev to do that he is facing the same issue. I have been tried for the last 2 days but the same.

I didn’t see any errors. I tried many times. I was waiting 2.5h but the import wasn’t finished. 14% to 18% then again 14% to 18%.

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Indeed it seems that it is impossible to import the demo contents via the installer on your server.
To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

After that you can restart the theme installer and try to encounter this issue again.
Then could you share the content of yourdebug.log

If you have successfully edited your WP config and performed a new demo installation, could you share the content of your debug.log file with us please?

This section of our demos is populated with a WordPress menu and you can edit it in the admin panels of your website.
You can change the title and text displayed by editing the description from each menu item. If the description text area isn’t visible, please review your screen options, at the top right of your screen. More on this in the following tutorial:
However, it very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if you have multiple questions asked in the same topic. Moreover, it’s easier for us to share the resolution for a single issue with other members of our community facing the same problem.
