Hello.
I’ve imported this theme three times now (deleting and remaking the site). I’ve tried with the elementor box checked and without. I’ve read through documentation and through the forums and I am frustrated. The demo content is there, but broken? The Elementor is not working, I have an error of not finding the content. I tried adding their solution to the functions.php and it didn’t work. I’ve used so many different themes before and while I sometimes have small issues uploading content, never this much. I’ve manually put in the classic elementor theme file and nothing. Please help. I need more instructions. The video didn’t help and the documentation doesn’t make sense with the Elementor update. I’ve included screenshots below–if you need access to the site please let me know and I will get that to you. Thank you.

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Indeed, it seems there is a limitation.
Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.2 for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.

Hello,
We were able to get the demo content with the help of the Flywheel support team, so thank you for that suggestion of the server! Elementor is still not working though. We were hoping to use it since we build most of our sites with it. it says the theme is missing ‘the_content’ from the template. They had instructions but when I put the code snippet in the functions.php it didn’t work. Do you have a solution for this? Thank you.
