Good morning,
When loading the demo on our site after selecting the theme, there are style problems, both on the menu and on the page, which appear different from the initial demo.May 13, 2024 at 11:53 #47710@themodactyl- 0 Topics

Hi Ronni,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Ronni,
I think your issue might be related to the SSL. I inspected and find an error message indicating a mixed content issue on your website. Your website is loaded over a secure HTTPS connection, but it’s trying to load a stylesheet using an insecure HTTP connection. This creates a security risk and prevents the stylesheet from loading, causing some styles to not be applied.
The most likely solution is to update the URL of the stylesheet to use HTTPS instead of HTTP. A plugin like Really Simple SSL can help identify and fix mixed content issues on your website. This plugin can automatically update insecure URLs to their HTTPS equivalents.
Please also make sure you have a valid SSL certificate installed on your website for HTTPS to work properly.
Best,
