Hello! I would like to know if you can make some annotations on the Intranet.
1 ° disable everything for subscriber. He will only be able to view and download documents. I can’t currently disable uploading.
2 ° To be part of a group I need to be friends with the person to add. There is a way to do something where the administrator does the groups and adds people according to the area of the company.Thank you!

Hi @rezeta,
Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. We think that this feature requires custom development work. In consequence, our recommendation is to hire a freelancer to this job for you.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.

I understand, I would like to know one last information. Today, anyone who has no record on the page can view the documents. Can I restrict this by making it only on the login page and only leave after entering the username and password? Because otherwise it is not an intranet, everyone can see the documents that are being published.

Hi @rezeta,
First, we recommend My Private Website (https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-private-site/) if you wish to make you entire website private. Simply install and activate this plugin, and then go to the plugin settings page (Settings > Private Site) in order to adjust options according to your needs.
If you need more help, this tutorial seems to explain every steps in great details:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-make-your-wordpress-blog-completely-private/Secondly, our theme supports Paid Memberships Pro (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/), which allow you to restrict content or areas of your website that will only be displayed to premium members. Plenty of PMPro add-ons are available on the author website to go further if necessary, including one for BuddyPress restrictions:
To know precisely which features will be restricted from your BuddyPress website, it’s best if you ask directly to the plugin authors.
They will be more informed and better suited to help you:
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
