When the users is confirm or rejected the website dont send the transactions emails, i install the Wp Mail Smtp and autenticate with Google/Gmail account.

Unfortunately, we have no clue.
Please note that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. Our theme doesn’t manage any email. It’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.
