When I approve a user or invite them to a group, they do not receive any emails, I believe transactional emails are not working

Hi Ricardo,
We’re very sorry for your inconvenience. Manage emails in WordPress might be quite complicated.
First of all, you need to check if your emails are well being sent from your WordPress site or not. We wrote an article in our documentation about that:
Please be aware that we do not make any changes to BuddyPress core emails in our theme or plugins. So, this issue has to come from elsewhere. Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme.
Regards,

Hi Ricardo,
Thank you for your feedback. 🙂
As explained in the article, Cera theme doesn’t manage any email. In other words, Cera theme has nothing to do with this issue. The emails can be send either by a plugin or WordPress itself.
Did you installed Email Tracker plugin, as suggested in the article? This will help you understand from where this issue is coming from.
Hope this will help you.
Cheers,
