Hi, the settings in the BuddyPress Restrictions section do not work. When I installed the theme, it worked perfectly, but now I can not put the package on the no non user member setting option, but it works first, but now it does not work and all the lock access all buddypress options are set. What should I do?

Hi @tradecenter2020,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
The fact that this feature worked previously make us think that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Cheers,

Thank you @tradecenter2020 for your feedback.
Can you confirm your theme is up to date, please ?
As you have the latest version of all plugins but your WordPress core is not up to date, I suggest you to update your version of WordPress. In this case, I invite you to make a backup before the update of your website to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
As this issue is related with BuddyPress, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors if this issue persists. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums:

Hi @tradecenter2020,
Unfortunately, we have no clue.
Moreover, as I told you previously, as theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.
If you want to make sure this issue is related to PMPro, I suggest you change the theme temporarily to check if this problem is solved.
If this issue persists, it will means that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. In that case, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums:
