I have downloaded this theme multiple times and it is still not working correctly. The registration page is missing and all of the plugins are not showing up. I tried manually downloading some plugins but all gridlock plugins are not accessible through WordPress market. I downloaded only the theme file as directed. I deleted the whole site, cleared cache, deleted all plugins, it is still not correct. I would like to know how I can get a functional website with all plugins and functionality, otherwise I would like a refund.

Hi @mypandam,
Each time you start again with a fresh install, you must follow the steps described in the setup guide: https://doc.themosaurus.com/gwangi-setup-guide/
This guide is also available in your admin panel. Please navigate to “Appearance > About Gwangi > Setup Guide” to open it.If you want to correctly import contents and widgets related the different plugins, you have to make sure they are activated and configured (like BuddyPress).
Once you followed the steps described in the guide, you will have the same setup as the basic demo (https://basic.gwangi-theme.com/), which does not include all the pages that you can see in the other demos. However, we created a series of articles to help you recreate all the pages like our demos:
Creating the Member Directory Sidebar (Sidebar Right/Left Search Form)
Adding Diagonal Backgrounds to Homepage Widgets
Finally, your “Register” redirection issue might be caused by the demo content. In this file that you’ve imported, the “Register” menu item link points to “https://basic.gwangi-theme.com/register/”, and not your own “Register” page.
To change this, simply go back to your menu settings and edit the “User – Logged Out” menu. You can change or remove the menu item to add yours. If you open the BuddyPress menu panel, you will see the “Register” page link and the “Login” link to place in your menu. Just remove the imported ones and add the new ones BuddyPress has generated for you during its activation.
If you have any further request for help, please don’t hesitate to create more topics on our forums. The more precise is your question, the easier it is for us to help you.
You can rest assured that we will handle your request as soon as possible.
Best,

Hi @mypandam,
Could you please create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Cheers,

Hi @mypandam,
It seems the import went correctly:
– Your theme has been uploaded and activated, and more than the required plugins are activated.
– BuddyPress default profile fields have been generated.
– All posts, pages, custom sidebars and widgets have been imported.Furthermore, as you have already started to build your own website by removing the demo content, it’s difficult for us to find what exactly missing and what is so different from the Basic demo.
Could you tell us more about your concern please? What can we do exactly to help you? Maybe we can point in the right direction or share with you another tutorial.
Thank you.
