When a create a empty dropdown and add options to it dynamically from database for country state and city it does not get saved. How to save dropdown wth dynamic value?
We have rasied similar issue on plugin forum but have not recieved any response from them till now

However, a Country field should already have been added during the import of our demo. Why aren’t you using it instead of creating a new one?
Please note that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. Unfortunately, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. We think that this feature requires custom development work. In consequence, our recommendation is to hire a freelancer to this job for you.
