    Hi,

    I am trying to edit the frontpage after importing all the demo content and I seem to have an issue where the published homepage is slightly different for some blocks than what’s shown when I’m editing. A few examples:

    – The “Spread” section under Layout when clicking the full width or the smallest indent options, I’m getting unexpected results (content goes off screen, and indent is too large)
    – Some of the content is off center when it appears to be centered in edit mode
    – Boxes around text content dont appear in edit mode but do once published
    – background shapes dont extend to the edges of the website in edit mode but do once published

    Looking for some help on the first two points really, since these are affecting the look of the site and dont match the edit view.

    Thanks!

    Hi Travis,

    The WordPress editor (aka Gutenberg) is constantly evolving and we try to make it as compatible as possible.
    We are aware that, unfortunately, some differences may appear in the display between the editor and the front view.

    Be assured that we will improve this as soon as possible and thank you very much for your great feedback.

    Note that I took the liberty to visit your project homepage and all seems to be fine on the front-end side.

    Best regards,

    Travis

    I found a different post about the “Active players” being off-centered and applied the CSS fix for it, but I noticed a follow up post there saying it had been fixed. Perhaps I downloaded an older copy of the theme from themeforest/envato?

    Hi Travis,

    There is definitely (yet) an issue with this in our theme for this which will be fixed in the next update (Thanks for your great feedback).

    We’ll be back to you as soon as the update is available.

    In the meantime, simply add the following code snippet to your website:

    @media (min-width: 992px) {
    .section__content--avatars-2-2-2-2-2-2-cols-line .shortcode-author-avatars .grimlock-author-avatars__author-list > li {
        float: none !important;
    }

    To add this code snippet to your site, we recommend that you paste it to the Custom CSS panel of your WordPress Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”.

    Pasting your code snippet there should do the trick for you.

    Regards,

Roboraptor 🦖
