elementor failed to import

    hello, I have a problem installing elementor and now I can not use it to edit anything on the page.

    look at the screen shot, there is no other way to change the dummy text. while I have been able to change the rest even thou I could not customize at all. ineed response asap. i should be done with this and launch the site since last month. but you proof to be difficult to reach.

    i have done a lot of adjustment, modifications and some customization and copywriting on the site than to wipe everything out with a simple reset button. suggest me a better wayplease.

    it’s bad that users don’t get email notification for follow up replies from you. very bad!
    if I should have to start all over again, trust me I’m going to leave a negative review. and wish I could give anything less than a star rating.

    By the way, note that I answered to your first topic in no time, almost a month ago now. Be aware you should receive notifications to our answers by email. Can you check your spam and verify that the email you used to register in our support is correctly written, please?

    Did you activated the “reset” button by installing the Customizer Reset plugin yourself?

    Note that the “Why joining the platform” section is a menu. To edit the text, you have to go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and select the right menu to edit.
