Thank you for your interest in our theme.
Please be aware that our themes are no longer compatible with Elementor. This builder adds its layer on top of the standard WordPress core, which is not optimal, for example, concerning the performances. It’s no longer in line with our mission to create fluid, easy-to-use themes. For more information, please take a look at this article: Installing the Elementor Demo version Manually.
Our demos have been build with Gutenberg editor. In consequence, the imported content will be aimed at this editor. It is the default editor for WordPress and is recommended for many reasons, including its ease of use, speed and lightness. To know more about how to use Gutenberg, I think this article from WP Beginner might help you: How to Use the WordPress Block Editor.
You should know that we have developed our own blocks called Grimlock (Grimlock Wrapper, Grimlock Query, Grimlock Divider, …). These blocks will give you a lot of customization possibilities. You shouldn’t feel limited.

Ok, totally understand the direction. But even if we’re using a different product widget from another plugin, it’s still displaying the same way. See screenshot.
Is there any way to fix this back to normal?

It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

To add products with a widget, we advise you to use Grimlock Query section. This is the dedicated block for Armadon Theme. We tried usign it on your site and all is working fine. Please find the url of the page we created in my following reply.

Yes, so I know the grimlock widgets work fine. So basically I wouldn’t be able to use the standard product widget or any other product display widget from another plugin? this would be done via Elementor as well.
You can use other blocks, but you’ll have to use Gutenberg editor. As I told you, Armadon theme has been build for Gutenberg Editor. I added several blocks on the test page so you can check.
