Hello there, I am having problems which are giving me severe headaches already. Can anyone please help me solve this problem with email activation delivery to new users? It just doesn’t go through, I have used WP SMTP, and I am also confused why MailPoet is installed in the theme. Anyway, none works, I have also followed the link to buddypress page shared on a reply to a topic, but it just doesn’t work. HAs anyone had similar issues and can help resolve this

Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. Email in WordPress is a tricky matter.
First of all, you need to check if your emails are well being sent from your WordPress site or not. To do so, please install Email Tracker plugin. This plugin will track all emails that are send from your website. Once you try an operation that should send an email, please go to the archives and check if the emails is listed.
If you cannot find any email, it means emails are not send by your server and the mailing services might be incorrectly set.
If the email is listed, but doesn’t reach your email box, it means this issue is most likely related to your mail provider. For exemple, the spam filter.
