Hi Support,
When a user got registered on our website the creation of user account emails is not sending to the user’s email, in other hand we have installed the WP SMTP Mail to setup our email service and mail are being sending for the contact form, on a password reset and test mail function is also being sent. You can find the attachment for the email log.
Please look into this issue as we need to go live in this week. It is urgent issue we are facing with.

Do you not get the activation email in the email log? This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.
