Hi kam,
Unfortunately, this issue is related with BuddyPress and the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme (Gwangi) and our plugins (Grimlock suite).

Hi,
The default BuddyPress email settings are applied to our demos. We have only customized their appearance and their templates.
You will be able to view all your email templates by visiting “Emails > All Emails” in your admin panel. To customize their appearance, please visit also “Emails > Customize”.For more about BP email template editing, please read the following post:
