The plugin Grimlock for Jetpack (version 1.1.0) broke suddenly and prevented my website from opening. I ultimately was able to get my host to disable the plugin, but wanted to report this error to Themosaurus so y’all are aware of the issue. I have kept it disabled until a fix is released.
Here’s the error information:

Hi Aaron,
It shouldn’t! Can you confirm me you got the last version of Grimlock for Jetpack? It should be the version 1.1.1.
If it’s the case, It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the username and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Manathan, looks like my install was stuck on 1.1.0. I removed it and re-installed it using the link above. It seems to be working now…but then again 1.1.0 randomly broke, so I’ll withhold judgement until we get beyond a few weeks of operation.
Fortunately, the election is over, so if the site goes down I don’t have to panic.November 30, 2023 at 14:10 #46470 -
