    My event page region code is currently:
    <!– .grimlock-region –>
    <div id=”content” class=”site-content region region–3-6-3-cols-left region–container-classic” tabindex=”-1″>

    I want it the same as your themeforest demo which is:

    <!– .grimlock-region –>
    <div id=”content” class=”site-content region region–12-cols-left region–container-fluid” tabindex=”-1″>

    I cannot see any options in theme settings to make this change.

    Any ideas?

    thanks

    Hi David,

    Can you make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date, please? Then, I suggest you to clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.

    In case this issue is still not solved, it’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
    You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    Thank you.

    No worries. These are PHP warnings, not errors. Unlike errors, warnings won’t break your website. They’re just messages aimed at developers to improve their code.

    To hide this message, I suggest that you activate error logging on your website. Please keep WP_DEBUG to true and just paste the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    More on this in the following topic: Debugging in WordPress

    You will still be able to consult the warnings and errors triggered by your website but these won’t appear on your pages anymore.

    Can you confirm me you successfully updated the theme or these warnings prevent you from updating it?

    We’re waiting for your feedback.

    Regards,

    David

    Thank you for your feedback David. 🙂

    My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

    Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

    Please can you just activate the parent theme to see if this issue might be related to the child-theme?

    Thank you.

    We just realised you were in the wrong place. The screenshot you sent me is from the Events Page, and not the Single Event as I showed you in my screenshot.

    Here is the right path to follow: Customize > The Events Calendar > Single Event.

    Can you please make sure all is correctly set? Don’t hesitate to take a look at my last screenshot.

    We’re waiting for your feedback. 🙂
