I went through the process of trying to install the theme twice. Both times the installation process crashed the WordPress site and made it unusable because when the system got to the install for CoBlocks it just spun and spun and spun and spun and spun and spun…get it?????? Once I attempted to skip I got the error that i uploaded as an image. I have installed dozens of themes over the course of my professional life and have never known a theme to literally make a site unusable. I would really like my money back unless you have some amazing fix that would fix this issue.

Hi @ptruble,
We’re very sorry for your trouble. ?
Please be informed that we don’t provide any support for CoBlocks. Furthermore, this plugin is not mandatory to make our theme work, you could safely create your Cera website without using it.
However, we do recommend this plugin during our setup as it provides very useful features, mainly by extending the new Gutenberg editor and providing extra “blocks”. The error that you’ve shared with us suggest that CoBlocks has been installed on a previous version of WordPress as your codebase seems to be missing the
register_block_type
function introduce by WP itself since 5.0.0.For more about this function, please refer to the following page:
So, from what I understand, updating WP should solve this issue. From there, you should be able to install our theme and CoBlocks.
Best regards,

Hi @ptruble,
Yes, we really encourage you to use the setup wizard to install the theme, as it will programmatically do extra steps for you. If something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.
You can easily reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.
