HI
I’m having an issue with the Features – Homepage menu boxes.
Boxes 1 and 3 are showing up as grey rather than coloured?
Also, I can’t find where to edit the type below the headings. I was able to edit the type before as I changed the copy on these boxes but it seems that ability has disappeared. I can shift click on the boxes to highlight the menus navigation label but I can’t find anywhere to edit the type below.

Thanks for the reply. These icons and colours were OK before but as a workaround I’ve changed them all to class success as this seems to be the only colour that works.
I don’t have the option of Appearance > Customize > Community.
I’m wondering if some of my appearance options are missing?
To edit this menu, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and select the right menu. Maybe some options need to be activated in the Screen Options. Please find the attached screenshot.

Yes, I have those OK – that’s how I added success to all 3 boxes.
I don’t seem to have anywhere to change the colours of primary, success, info, etc.

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

We have just released a new update of Grimlock for BuddyPress. Updating this plugin to the latest version should fix this issue.
After the update, the problem should now be fixed. However, you might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). To see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
