Hello support team,
Few different issues on mobile:
– On the first home page block after the banner it has the “experience strong teamplay” section with find players and groups. On mobile there is a huge gap of empty space between the text and the image “not sure how your mobile editor with grimlock works to fix this”.
– Menus are not collapsible and simply just shows every single menu dropped down, would like to only show the title of each section with the option for a viewer to click a drop down.
– Login button is way smaller then the register button, how would I go about making both buttons the same size?
I will attach images below.

Hi Shikoro,
My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos. Please find the attached screenshots.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
Concerning the drop-down feature, you simply have to activate it by going in Customize > Appearance > Navigation > Layout and check Display sub menu items as accordion on mobile. Please find the attached screenshot.
Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback Shikoro.
Once you make sure the theme and all plugin are up to date, you can indeed create a new website user for us. If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Thank you for granting us access to your WP Admin. After taking a look at your site, I noticed that it is currently using an outdated version of the theme. Could you please try to update your theme to the latest version?
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site. Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
Note that it seems all is working fine on your website. Please find the attached screenshots in my following answer. Could clear all activated caching system as well as your browser cache, please? And then, can you confirm me this issue stil appearing on your side?
Cheers,
