Hello,
I am having issues regarding the translation on certain parts on a french website.
The following texts are appearing in english even though they are translated in the theme file, I’ve checked :[BLOG page]
– “All categories” should be “Toutes les catégories”
– “Continue reading” should be “Continuer la lecture”[ACCOUNT page]
– “Il y a” appearing two times
– “Membership”, should be “Adhésion” – this tab was created by Paid memberships pro and I can’t find in Loco translate where to translate it.I’ve attached some screenshots of the issues.
Thank you for your help, have a great day

Hi Alexandre,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
Here is an article from our documentation that might catch your attention:
I recommend you to use Poedit to translate your website. You might already use this method.
Once the theme is translated, you have to make sure to translate the Grimlock plugins.Hope this will help you.

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.
The theme was already translated at 100% in french when installed.
As you can see in the file attached, in Loco Translate on the “Grimlock” french translation, “All categories” is translated into “Catégories” – but it is not showing on the front-end.
Same for “Continue reading”Here’s the page where the issue happens : https://www.rezoe.fr/blog/

Hi Alexandre,
Here are the location of these strings:
- All categories : Theme
You told us you already translated all the theme. Can you please make sure to empty your cache? Then can you please click on “synchroniser” button? Please find the attached screenshot.
If you’re still facing this issue, it’s best if we take a quick look at this. In that case, could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.
