Hi rodolphe,
It seems that this issue is caused by an extra plugin that you’ve activated on your website: BuddyPress Members Only (https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-members-only/). This plugin is hiding post types from external visitors, which includes your profile search forms.
Just check the “Allow everyone to access the page” box to restore these forms.This should solve your issue.

Hi,
To achieve this, you need to edit your directory search form.
We use BP Profile Search (https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-search/) to showcase the profile search feature. You can edit these search forms by visiting “Users > Profile Search” in your dashboard, where you will find every existing profile search forms.
Just edit your forms by adding, moving or removing the filters displayed and click “Save”.Finally, to learn more about profile search forms, please read also the following posts:

The problem is now solved. All you had to do was to re-save each form. This is probably due to the fact that BuddyPress pages were not created when you imported content (xml).
