Filtering in Member Swap isn’t viewable on mobile devices

    Hello,

    Our Member Swap page has “Add Form to Directory” set to “Yes” to allow filtering of users on the Member Swap page. However, the button for filters isn’t available on mobile devices (i.e. it’s not visible on mobiles or tablets), only on desktops. How can we make it visible on all devices?

    Hi Nifty, 🙂

    Can you please confirm me you’re referring to the filter button like shown in the attached screenshots? This button should be displayed on mobile and tablet. Can you please tell me which navigator are you using?

    Please make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date.

    Hi Manathan,

    We’re referring to the same filter button in your screenshots, but on the Member Swap page (not the All Members page). The filter button does not appear on the Member Swap page on mobile devices. The theme and all recommended plugins are up to date.

    Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
    You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    To fix this, simply add the following code snippet to your website:

    /**
    * Display filter button in directory on mobile
    */
    a.bps-toggle-modal{
    	top:0px !important;
    	z-index:99;
    }

    To add this code snippet to your site, we recommend that you paste it to the Custom CSS panel of your WordPress Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”.
    Pasting your code snippet there should do the trick for you.
