Good morning, I have a problem with the width of the content, I use elementor and to make the width of the section fit the screen I have to force it with JS, how can I fix it? I have tried with the Hello theme and there is no problem.

Hi Anura,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
My best guess is that your issue might probably be caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
Thank you.

Hi,
I have disabled the only plugin installed with the theme, Gamipress. No php codes.
Thank you.

Hi Anura,
Thank you for your feedback.
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Anura,
Thank you for granting us access to your website.
We’ve run several tests, but we can’t find the exact cause of the problem. We’ve installed a new demo with Elementor and everything works fine on our end. Please find the attached screenshots. We think there’s something wrong with the Elementor settings. In suggest you to report this issue to Elementor team. I’m sure They will be better suited to help you with their plugin: elementor.com/support
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you’ll make a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻

Hi,
I see in the screenshots that you’re experiencing the same issue; to make it full-width, you have to click on JS, which shouldn’t be necessary. The section adjusts to full width by default without the need to click the JS option. Am I right?
Thanks.

Hi Anura,
That’s standard design with our theme. This way, all content are “boxed” in the middle of the page, unless you use Js to make it full width. But in you case, the JS feature doesn’t work properly as there is some space on the right.
As you might know, our demo have been build with Gutenberg editor. It is the default editor for WordPress and is recommended for many reasons, including its ease of use, speed and lightness. Did you tried Gutenberg ? To know more about how to use Gutenberg, I think this article from WP Beginner might help you: How to Use the WordPress Block Editor.
You should know that we have developed our own blocks called Grimlock (Grimlock Section, Grimlock Query, Grimlock Posts, Grimlock Divider, …). These blocks will give you a lot of customization possibilities. You shouldn’t feel limited.
Note that we use widgets in our theme, more precisely in the footer. You will be able to use the customizer to change the look and add widgets in the widget areas defined by our theme. Both Grimlock widgets and Grimlock blocks have the same characteristics.
Elementor is quite heavy to use. However, in case you really would like to edit your pages with this editor, you’re of course free to do so as our theme is compatible with this editor. 🙂
I hope this will help you. Don’t hesitate to come back to us if you have other questions.
