How do i change the profile foto of the user? If i go to the admin panel to set a new image i see a link to set up the image on gravatar. I go on the site of gravatar on my account and then? How do i set the image? Normally they just show up with gravatar.

To update your profile picture, you have to go to the Extended Profile tab. Please find the attached screenshot.
