Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to hide the real names of the authors ? The problem is that actually if I leave it like it is and the authors add theirr real name/surname they will be displayed. Acutally that’s not what I want. username is ok but not real names !
How can I do that please?

Hi Emzi,
Be aware that this block uses the standard feature of BuddyPress. This is standard behavior with BuddyPress plugin. Note that BuddyPress allows users to edit the name and surname visibility in the profile settings of the member. You should be able to change the standard visibility of these fields in Dashboard > Users > Profile Fields and edit the Name or Surname field.
To hide this information of the directory, I’m afraid it is considered customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide.
However, I found this topic on BuddyPress support and i think it might catch your attention: Display username in members directory.
